Pvt. George A. Abel

Pvt. Abel was serving with “E” Co 148 ^th Infantry 37 ^th Division that took part in the Munda battle and his division suffered heavy casualties when they cut the Jap supply lines into that area.

He is buried in Plot D Row 12 Grave 29 at the Manila American Cemetery, Manila Philippines
