DEED PRE-APPROVAL PROCESS EFFECTIVE 9/1/2021

All deeds submitted for pre-approval must be a copy of what will actually be recorded.  The deeds do not need to be executed, just a copy of what will be the actual document recorded.  All deeds for pre-approval and transfer are processed in the order that they are received by our office.  

CONVEYANCE STANDARDS 

MAP OFFICE DROP BOX

We have installed a Map Office drop box located to the left of the Courthouse entrance.  Please ensure documents are in a sealed envelope before placing them in the box.  Due to weather conditions if placing items in the box overnight or weekends please try and use a plastic sleeve/envelope that may be waterproof.  The Map Office will process the deeds and send them on to the Auditor's Office which will process and send them to the Recorder's Office.
