Seasonal Flu Clinic

Seasonal Flu Clinic

Flu is a respiratory illness that is easily spread from person to person through sneezing, coughing and contact with hands that touch the eyes, nose and mouth.

Getting the flu can be serious. More than 200,000 are sick enough to be in the hospital. Almost 36,000 people die every year (the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). Getting a flu shot is the best way to prevent the flu.

Remember to wash your hands after coughing, sneezing and before you eat. Teach your children to wash their hands after coughing, sneezing and before they eat. Cough into your sleeve and not into your hands.
