We oversee the publics Health Complaint system which is the most difficult program we work with mitigation and correction. This program takes the most time and has the least priority due to no funded cost and is paid for under our general health fund. We take each problem, one at a time and many times have very little success due to civil rights. In the event, this form Nuisance Complaint & Cover Letter needs to be failed out and returned to the health department with the complainer’s information which will be protected under the court of law. Typically the sanitarian becomes the complainer and pursues litigation.
